If your group is larger than the Maison can seat at one table, Villa Almada in the same garden adds:

With both the Maison and Villa Almada hired exclusively, the same group has the run of the whole property: two pools, two kitchens, all suites, one quiet street, one shared garden.

Right in the Heart of Porto, for Group Days Out

Canto de Luz is on Rua do Almada, walkable to Livraria Lello, the Clérigos tower, São Bento station and the riverside in Ribeira. The Gaia gondola is one tram ride across the river for sunset and the port lodges. The Douro valley is a forty-minute drive for a private day tour. Group transfers, private guides and Douro cruises are easy to arrange.

How Exclusive Use Is Priced

The exclusive-use rate is a single nightly rate covering all suites in the Maison, breakfast for the group, daily housekeeping and concierge support. The rate adjusts for the season, the number of nights, and Villa Almada is part of the exclusive-use package.

How many guests can the Maison sleep at exclusive use?

Exclusive use sleeps up to 24 adults and up to 8 children, for a maximum of 32 guests across the Maison and Villa Almada combined. Tell me your group makeup (adults, children, ages) and I will recommend the suite-by-suite layout that works best.

I do not run an in-house restaurant. For exclusive-use stays I can arrange a private chef for dinner at the Maison, or book the right restaurant in Porto and arrange a private transfer.
Yes. Homemade breakfast for the whole group is included every morning.
Yes. Villa Almada sits in the same garden and adds two further ensuite suites with a private pool. See portopoolvilla.com for the villa side.
I am happy to host vow renewals, small wedding parties and milestone groups on a private exclusive-use basis. I do not host stag dos, large hen parties or open events.
The minimum is normally three nights, though I will discuss shorter stays for the right group.
